Outside of the tech industry, I’ve had my hand in event and sports marketing, helping a non-profit software company build its foundation as an organization, and helping small businesses start their social media accounts and learn how to leverage their brands.

Values
Simple is smart. Whether it’s copywriting or internal collaboration, the simpler things are, the easier it is to progress.
Revenue with a purpose. Always ensure activities can be tied to growing revenue without getting tunnel-vision on short-term gains at the expense of long-term stability.
Experience is the best teacher. Don’t get caught in preparation paralysis. At a certain point, you just have to start and flex as you go!
Learning never stops. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices is done everywhere - LinkedIn, social media, YouTube, good ol’ fashioned books.

Developed the outreach process and interview guide for the case study program, enabling Gartner Digital Markets to leverage customer stories for the first time, enabling content and product marketing teams to publish 23 stories within 2 years.

Product Demos and Tutorials
Wrote 6+ Help Center articles guiding users through features of our Vendor Portal to support users navigating the platform for the first time or new updates to the product.
Scripted and recorded a high-level product demo for marketing and sales enablement during new product feature launch.
Conducted 3+ product demos internally during sales training.
Scripted and recorded 4+ on-screen product tutorials for customers to live in the Help Center and support the customer journey via email.
One of three associates to represent Gartner Digital Markets for the first time at the Gartner Tech Growth & Innovation conference in San Diego, CA.
Developed talk tracks and short messaging for discussions with attendees for brand awareness and demand generation.
Additional work included daily X (Twitter) posts, two post-event LinkedIn posts, and an internal write-up on the event.
Sales-qualified Leads Surveys
Partnered with Director of Qualifications to develop two customer surveys. Results informed first-ever updates to advisor qualification scripts with software buyers to set better expectations and facilitate the handoff between advisors and software vendors.
Work included question development, survey creation via Qualtrics, distribution via Eloqua, data analysis via Excel, and results presentation.
